To finish, use a micro-brush to apply flat black paint to the inside of the hole. Solid is the way to go. The only way I have found to bend real tubing for model exhaust is to buy rather expensive stainless steel tubing. But that is much harder to work with. Start to finish, solid aluminum curved exhaust tips only take about 10 minuets. The tubing bender is worth its weight and makes the process a snap. Have fun Ap40 Attachments:
