Added a deck and cab guard. When removing the tape paint came with it. Need to find a thinner tape for the strips, these are 1MM and look kinda bold. Getting to a stopping point for Summer maybe then I can order extra parts. think was started to past time is now a build.

I like this tractor, with the drom deck and colour choice it reminds me of many photos I have seen of 1970's western rigs.

Clayton, Cool idea here for this one. I like the stretched chassis and drom deck. The added tool boxes help with the filling the big gap in the long chassis. Looks like you did a good job on that problematic cab splice!!
Be well Gator

thanks all!!! The cab,I lost a few rivets, did not see them till too late. I use the Bondo steel/aluminum filler works better than the (RED)body filler,if you have too repaint so far the cleaner does not remove it like the body filler. this is the 3 time of cleaning and paint.

Keep in mind that 99% of the "Bondo" type fillers on the market will not adhere to styrene regardless of what is done. The ONLY filler that will stick, feather & bond permanently to styrene kits is the polyester based Spot-Lite by Evercoat. See the attached image. Ap40 Attachments:

I like the paint job and the long wheelbase on a cabover.

Clayton, A tape that makes great lines is Parfilm and it you can get it from Micro Mark. I have been using it for any place that there is a paint separation. It doesn't have any bleeding and doesn't pull up the paint.
