Thanks guys, For now everything is painted except the cab & hood. That had to be stripped & redone. Taking care of customers for now. will post some of the assembly in 2 weeks.

Small update, I have now stripped the paint off the cab & hood for the 3rd time......#*&)#&$@)*&$@*$_*$&_@*$&@*$&@(* Not getting the results I have been wanting. So it can sit in a box till I'm dang good & ready to mess with it again. Especially being that each time the stripper is used, the putty & filler gets stripped off as well.
This is what i get for building a "quick, curbside highway truck"

There's no such thing as a "quick build". You know that, Rick! lol especially when you plan it to be a quick build...................I believe it relates to something known as "Murphy's Law "! Whatever can go wrong will go wrong! One thing you could do is weather it heavily and move on......... :-)) Be Well Gator

I was going over this thread again getting ideas and was wondering how it was coming along. I'm still intrigued to see what the hood you are going with.

Right now i am focused on IMD work, so it will have to remain in the box a bit longer. Ap40

Well had a little time to check for fit now that the chassis has the 1st 2 coats of paint. A little rubber cement to hold the wheels & tires on for photos. Will get back to it in the spring. Ap40
