Wow grate work on that piece of power. It looks very impressive and when I think about the real one with all the cabels that will be a very speciall build.

More progress on the tower and SP chassis. Almost finished. some small details to add, and painting. The tower is now fully rigged and just needs the Skagit lettering added. I made the decals for this so I'll probably do it tomorrow night. The yarder is going to be a BU-99 instead of the BU-739. Its a bigger unit and will look cool filling up this chassis.

Thanks guys, AP I'm going to use a twin turbo Detroit 12V-71. Almost all of these yarders were custom built to specs for customers so they could specify what power they wanted. I have a resin one thats going in the unit.

yea man holly snappin cat fish.....im a bit buisy to do much building at the moment but this sort of build keeps my juices flowing.. ;D

Made some more progress on the Yarder unit that will go on the carriage tonight. I used an AITM resin and metal Detroit Diesel 12V-71 for power. Still have a ways to go but its getting closer to being done!

Thanks Ryan. Here are a bunch of pics showing the progress on it so far. I've decided to build it as a BU-99 instead of a 739. The 99 is a much bigger machine and will look better in this carriage.
