You said you changed out the tracks! What did you use to replace them?

Be Well Gator thanks Gator.. the tracks came from a 1/16 scale toy dozer off Amazon..brand name is Bruder..they are plastic with individual track pads..they are perfect 1/25 scale on the 320C,and all i did was take 2 links out..it cost around 21$ + shipping.well worth it for less than 30$.. www.amazon.com/Bruder-Toys-02444-CATERPILLAR-Track-Type/dp/B000FJTZLQ/ref=pd_sim_t_1 |
