These models are both from the original issues of the kits. They were built years ago and just recently I did a refurbish of them. I thought that I had posted pics previously but failed to find them. So I'll do it now. I believe everything is pretty much box stock. The logs are from various trees in the back yard Thanks for looking Carl

I like it!!!! I only have one suggestion. You need a center line binder around the logs. This is in case the driver has to emergency fire the trailer from the rig and it keeps the logs from flaring outward when the reach hits the ground. For the same token, never bind the load to the front forks, because if the trailer is fired from the rig the reach would rotate to either side outward under the trailer bunk and could trip pulling the rig over.
Love the colors and the setup other than what I mentioned.

Thanks William for the lesson on binding the logs. It all makes perfect sense to me now that you have explained it. Next time I'm in repair mode I'll add the extra chain and move the front one off the bolster. The great thing about this site is you can always glean knowledge from the someone, and we are all the better for it. Thanks Carl

Thanks everyone for the comments. Gator I did mask and paint the stripes however it was so long ago that I can't remember the colours. It is Duplicolour paint from Canadian tire. Thanks Carl
