This Volvo L20E loader was bought as is as a 1/32 scale New Ray item, the truck and trailer it was on is in hte toy box but the loader might be bettere suited in 1/25 scale as shown on this modified AMT Lowboy It should be weathered up a but yet but for now this is it. Jim.

I bought it at the same Hobby Shop as the one with the CAT excavator in 1/32 scale Gator, they sell scale models and die cast. I have seen several guys posting that build here, I have one too but have not posted it here yet. It is New Ray, comes with a low boy of sorts hooked into a Peterbilt or KW, either, -the toy bin is it's friend- and I thought it was reasonably priced. The excavator looked more toy like, no windows and molded in orange and grey, but as soon as I seen it, I seen the CAT features and potential, I think most would agree, they are quite nice when detailed.

You are quite right about the excavator and the loader being closer to 1/25th scale. At least I think so. And having run equipment for 30 years. It is one of my favorite subjects. I have the new Ray logger truck with the cane on it. The crane will go on a build, the wheels and tires will go on the Meng Ford Super Duty pick up. the rest.......................... well Looking forward to seeing more of your builds. Be Well Gator
