Finally got around to taking some photos of it finished. Plus with the photobucket cash grab ,having to get a new photo sharing site set up. Inspired by photo of real truck on Hanks Truck Picture site. Resin cab and hood, scratch built frame with resin rear suspension. Converted tilt hood to fold up butterfly style. Headlights needed re-positioning , closer to edge. Scratch built side pod fuel tanks, photoetched emblems(had to cut 'Kenworth' off bar and glue individual letters on hood sides), stack surround and wiper blades. Turned aluminum air horns. Model master paint, computer printed decals. Thanks Doug. Doug............. OUTSTANDING !! I was watching some of your build progress on Hanks' site... this is when trucks were trucks.... love the details... cab fan, the extra mud flap brace, AND the Canadian above the Kenworth logo on the hood.... I well remember those for sure, never to be seen again I fear...... top notch job, man ...
