It is a John Deere Stinger loader although I cant make out the model number. It is rigged with graples right now but the unit on the front of the trailer tells me it can double as a cut off processor if need be from the way it has the slot up the side which looks to hold the chain bar.
The whole unit is built to to be set up in one place but if need be can be moved using a truck tractor to move it from one location to another at the work site. If you are a fan of swamp Loggers you will see them using these on the landings loading trucks although they use the Tiger Cat loader which is similar in appearence only yellow.
The yellow unit on the front now that I look at it closer, could be an attachable feller for a tracked unit, or it could be as I mention before a cut off processor for the JD unit. Its hard to tell from just looking at the photo.
These units are in use here in the west now, and were built for ease of set up and use and takes less time doing it as theyy don't have to take the time breaking down a low boy as they do unloading a tracked unit. This unit is just backed into the loading site and the stabilizing stantions dropped down to level it and then it goes right to work. It also takes less time picking up and moving it.
Hope this helps.

it's a log loader with a stationary heel the yellow thing on front is a processor known as a pull thru delimber with a topping saw the loader pulls tree thru the delimber stripping limbs saw cuts unmarketable top then there is usually a buck saw on the ground to hack the logs to market length but that buck saw is not shown in pic
