Thiele Truck Bodies/Industries was in business for over 108 years..up until a few years ago..when it went Chapter 7 (Bankrupt) due to bad management..and after the present owner stepped down. Thiele was a leader in the industry with many first(s) "patents"..and being in my backyard, Windber, PA..I had access to them on a regular basis. I was able to obtain the photo collection/archives...during the bankruptcy auction...
A "ton" of reference photo's for dump truck bodies/trailers and everything in between...take a look down memory lane.
