Kerry, ^5's my friend! You did it, and it looks really good! Now for a couple of suggestions to improve on your already good work. If you can make another catwalk for the off side of the house, that would be nice! You might also add a hand rail on the catwalk? Oh , what kind of string did you use for the rigging?

Kerry,
Nice job!
Small suggestion, Pull the "rope" thru bee's wax to eliminate the fuzz. You may also do a search on line for "Musky Master" heavy fishing line is the most realistic for wire rope on crane models.
Overall, great model & great subject matter.

Gator, The donor machine had only one cat-walk on it and it had no hand-rails. I thought of hand -rails but decided not to. But if you think it needs and would help then I will see about it. The string I picked up somewhere cause I thought it would look good and it was about the right diameter. I am going to check out what Ap40 was talking about and see what I find. Thanks for your suggestions guys. Thats what I need. A different eye. Kerry

Hello Dave, Thank you very much and yes I am very proud of it. I wanted to build one for so long and now it sits on my table. It's so big with the boom, I don't know where to put it..... Kerry

Hello Joris, I'm glad it did catch me. Thank you very much. I need to make one of those ball with a hook on it to attach to the main line. But thanks again Joris, it's very much appreciated. Kerry
