I built one of these AMT Tankers and just getting the tank right made me want to bounce it off the wall three or four times. You're doing a fine job on this one. The final picture looks great on the shelf

The final picture looks great on the shelf Thanks William! There has been a few times when I was ready to throw it across my shop. You can't really tell in the pics but there is a very little bit of a twist on the frame and tank. I couldn't get it perfect but I will know better the next time I build one.

That tanker has been like that as far back in the seventies when I remember it first coming out by AMT. Not enough line up pins and to much of a warped casting, and still the same problems.
