Hi Guys,
Who knows an easy way to bend pe metal. I'am asking this because I really don't know how to tackle this problem. Maybe you know I'am building an White freightliner with a enormous big pe set. One of the pe pieces is an exhaust grill that will replaces the original. I know that you must heated the metal and than put in shape but what kind of tool can I use to this?

i use a photoetch bending tool for all sharp bends. to do the curved bends......carefully bend the photoetched part around a wooden dowel that is the diameter of the finished part you need. this is a tutorial that i've been working on, i will finish it up and post it on my you tube channel.

If you are bending exhaust shields....I normally use different sizes of wooden dowels...I also have the MicroMark PE bending press if you want to call it...I made some additional templates...works pretty good...
If you are wanting to bend tubing...there are micro-sized tube benders available...again MicroMark.com

Thanks for all the suggestions,
Never thought about a wooden dowel, how easy can it be. The go incident will that I have found today at work an iron bar. This will help me further with it, I think.
