Many years back, when they were first issued, I built the Peerless log trailer and Diamond T tractor. Over the years The model suffered from neglect and abuse. I finally got around to restoring it. This is the original paint that I just cleaned up and re-glued the loose bits that I still had. I did some parts box raiding and added some fresh chains and hoses. Thanks for looking Carl

"Diamonds are forever"! It's nice to see a model from long ago still around and restored. That Big Tom fellow.......he sure has a wide range of interests!

Big Tom was a diecast dealer friend of mine (now retired), who managed to separate me from a lot of my money over the years . The least I could do was name a building after him ;D I guess that I'm showing my age. This thing is a Diamond Reo not a Diamond T. On my early models I used Testors tube glue which over the years dried out and things fell off. The good thing was that it was easy to remove pieces during the clean up and reglue using Humbrol liquid glue. its much more stable. Carl

Good looking Reo and set up. Like the older style paint. Load really sets it off.
