Sharp looking light weight tractor! single rail frame, wet lines, dual air circuits. Interesting new 7 hole wheels.
DEF tank on the driverside & DPF / SCR on the pass, industry standard now, well almost. we can not forget the stuborned rule breakers at Navistar.....
Anyway, i trust the drivers in TX are a bit smarter than up here in NY, we had a guy put 18 gallons of DEF in the fuel tank, then fill both 150 gallon tanks......The result, truck ran for 5 minutes & puked HARD.
took us 2 months to replace the entire fuel system. both tanks, all lines, connections, primary & secondary filters (complete), all 6 injectors........
DEF eats all metal, ferrous & non-ferrous.

Nice looking rig, Except for the up sweep on the cab. Guess I'm old Fashioned when it comes to rigs like this.

Great detail; shots. These will really help when trying to place all of those frame labels.

Brian, Thanks for posting those great photos. Lots of detailing ideas to be seen there. I would love to see a model of that truck or at least a cab conversion!!!!!!!
Normally I would agree with muleskinner, but I like this truck. It kinda favors the Aussie SAR look. I can see it as a 6x6 or 8x8 for heavy hauling and off road applications.

Thanks alot for posting these pictures. Question on the trailer the air bags are forward facing why is that better ride? No, those are rear facing bags, look closely where you can see the chain link fence & car at the rear of the trailer. Trailer air or any single bag per side air suspension MUST be mounted with the bag to the rear or trailing position. With a 2 bag per side per axle, like the KW 8 bag (tandem), or 4 bag (single drive) there are a frame type radius rods running from mounts to the lower steel member connecting the bags together. Ap40
