Well the list is huge, mostly resin bits. Built in 1997, working from a few old photos from a relative who hauled sugar cane on the Hawiian islands. An original AMT Pete cab, back dated to 1950's. Resin items include; 12x24 tires, 5 hole wheels, drive hubs, front & rear axles, f&r suspension, Fabco transfer case, DDC 6-71N, air cleaner + other small bits. Ap40 Attachments:

There is still a small number of sugar cane farms on the Hawiian Islands, but even that is shrinking each day, as the land is worth more for resorts than food......
One company runs 6x6 Peterbilt 357's with diamond plate walk on frenders and full cab protection. These like others, need to be scanned. so once winter sets in and the out door chore list is put on hold to spring, i should be able to get some new - old images up for all.

Nice looking sugar rig. I had a friend who was in Vietnam with me who came from the islands and worked for U&R sugar over there. He worked in their truck shop servicing these huge beast. Its good to see one of them again.

Rick, You sure do know how to build interesting rigs! i like that one. Gator Thanks Gator, I find it far more rewarding to build what i like, over a simple kit. So many models have been done where the only kits parts are seats, horns & the steering wheel. Ap40
