I'm posting this to show the similarities between the Linn half track truck and the Lombard tracked truck which was built about the same time and era. Lombard built a lot of different type trucks based on the half track design from dumps to logging trucks and lumber haulers. They operated with either front wheels or with the wheels removed and skies applied.
The model is scratch built using evergreen plastic and thin strip Bass wood for the cab and dash. It was hard to build this model as the pictures looked to be taken with a glass negative type system and were really blurry and sometimes fuzzed out but this is what I came up with.
