There used to be a dicast? model parts maker in Canada called Sherwood Models. Unfortunately the have gone out of business, I am told they used to make tracks and other Cat parts. Anyone ever hear of them or possibly what happened to there tooling?

DHS caries 4 sets of tracks but they are 1/50 scale from 11mm to 18mm...

The shoes off of a 1st gear TD-25 are 24 mm wide. While the standard shoes in the AMT D-8H kit are 21 mm wide.
So the shoes from the TD-25 will look tough on the D8H kits.....
