Back about 10 years ago I did a fleet of 30 of these for a Z scale rail road collector & here are the 3 i made for myself. The smallest truck models i have ever done. Ap40 Attachments:

A couple of years back I bought a whole bunch of Z Gauge trains in a lot and after looking at them and the cars and trucks, I came to the conclusion that they were to small for me. I converted the trains up to Nn Gauge which made then more in my size for the N Gauge trains I collect. Z is way to small for these tired old eyes!
Models look great though

Z- wow! 30 of them would be a very impressive fleet. Were Darts green? At first glance I thought they were Euc R-45's or similar until I saw "Dart" in the photo information.

Z- wow! 30 of them would be a very impressive fleet. Were Darts green? At first glance I thought they were Euc R-45's or similar until I saw "Dart" in the photo information. The models are actually a mix of Euclid & Dart design. the dump box & chassis dimensions are all Euclid 9FFD / R-45, meanwhile the cab, hood & fenders are Dart like. the one bit that is all wrong (but the customer is always right) is the center mounted cab, and yes the Euc green. Sometimes it is better to just do, rather than persist for accuracy. Ap40
