I forget the company that made this resin & pewter kit of this common freight carrier. the cab is a solid lump, with rather good detail. I added ally tubing for the exhaust, added stainless wire for the grab handles. then added #32 gauge copper wire for the brake lines. Ap40 Attachments:

Nice looking unit. The added detail bring out the perspective of the rig a lot more.

Nice modern rig, I drove a lot of US miles during the mid 1990's and saw lots of those "pumpkins" in 1:1 scale back then. Could it have been made by Magnuson Models? I have one of their resin and white metal Mack R kits in 1:87 bought many years ago, it also has a solid resin cab.

Walther's (Magnuson is right) did an updated version of it later, hollowed out the cab and deleted the roof air dam, added a Wood Chip trailer to complete the kit.
