Hi All, I dont know about you but im just bored with trucks right now so what did i do go and buy a 1/72 p3 orion kit. p3's are nothing new to me in real life more than one has saved my butt i have always been a logger, with over 20 years as a volunteer firefighter as well so here we go Aero Union tanker two five is is on its way. Going with gloss white and chevy engine red, thats about as close as i can get without custom mixing. Already had the how do you make a straight line on a mostly round object problem but so far the fuselage is painted with the front end in bright chevy orange drying outside in the rare washington sun. when the front dries out ill do the back end and hopefully get some pictures up too.

No replacement yet, i have a chunk of bone stuck in the middle of my knee that finally got so big it is now solidly stuck in the middle. my first knee surgery was at 16 i have austio condritus which roughly means the bone is dead, anyway 23 years ago they drilled and screwed everything back together and six months later removed the screws. To make this story shorter the screwed in chunk isnt where it used to be, and as i learned yesterday these pesky little buggers continue to grow in there. Any who if they get all the scheduling done im down for 4 weeks after surgery depending on how fast i come back from it.
