I have looked at this build several times and have failed to comment. Basiocly, this type of vehicle I normally would walk by to see something else. Just my own personal preference but................. the workmanship in this unit is absolutely outstanding. From idea to completion and you followed thru very nicely and built a wonderful scratch built model and that friends, is something I've never done. Way to go. Mike Thanks Mike!, Funny, i will walk by all the highway types to get to these! Always off highway, Ap40

Now THAT is a truck!!! Outstanding!!!!! Of course, there are always the questions.............What will it pull??? Answer..anything it wants.. and where do you park it?? Anywhere you want.. not too many units around that could move it!!,It's good to be king!! Outstanding work!!! would love more information!! I remember one of those up here in Alberta years ago it was operated by Totran. I realy think that particular Mack was one of their better looking trucks Cheers and Thank you for posting the pics!! Roger Roger, The M-45SX was originally availble with either the Cummins VT-1710 or the DDC 16V-71. Later production units had the Cummins KTA-600 as an option. Most of these still in use today are prime movers, with the original V-12 C or V-16 D for power. Premay has one that has been heavily modified, and has a QSK-750 for power. the axles were all Mack, no options availble. tranny's were Allison CL(B)T-5960 or 6062, a few were ordered with a twin disc powershift, but the model escapes me. Any other information you would like? Ap40

Any manuals available? Or is that what the power shift was? Ryan, No Manual gearbox was available on M series Mack's over 32 ton. The powershift twindisc is a manual-automatic. Ap40
