Finally got a good day in between the rain drops here in the Pacific northwest and painted the cab and hood of the Lonestar. I first gave it a shot of black primer and then over shot it with Transparent Candy Apple Red so I could get a deep Burgundy color and after it dried I painted the fenders Gloss Black. I also made the exhaust stacks look more of a flat steel color as the chrome just didn't fit in with the theme I had chosen for this rig. Still have a ways to go on it till its finished. All in all this turning into one fun build for once and the possibilities are way out there. William
