wrong posting last night. My Christmas gift, spent last night De-flashing about 3Hrs and my fingers feels like a grader. Not a lot too these kits. Test fitting the tiers on the rims they broke.this kit goes back too the 70'S. May have too get a glue kit and rob it. My nephews step grand dad past way back in the Summer and he was cleaning out the barn and found stacks of kits going back the 60's and 70"s. Trucks, cars and train sets. Would have been fun looking at all that.

Clayton, Nice present. That model actually goes back to the late 50's. I remember them well.
For painting, yes etching primer would work.Or a good sanding and then paint. after a good cleaning.
What happened to the model stash they found in the barn?
