Hey guys I did not know anything about this until I received a flier from Mark at Eugene Toy and Hobby yesterday. This looks like a great show to visit. I have checked out their web site and they have some mighty fine logging models, I especially like the old camp model and the incline. Check it out and try to make the one day showing if you can. I recommend every member check out the site listed below and if possible, if you are in this area, make the showing. The information is below: Elsie, Oregon March 3rd, 2012 Pacific Model Loggers Congress Camp 18 Restaurant and Museum 9am- 5pm Saturday For more information contact the following web site: www.pacificmodelloggerscongress.comFor those of you who are wondering where Elsie, Oregon might be it is on the Sunset Highway (Highway 26) going west towards Seaside and Astoria, out of Beaverton, off I-5 just a little south of Portland, Oregon. Ive been through the museum a time or too but never realized they had something like this until yesterday..

I did go to Camp 18 yesterday and spent a enjoyable day. I met a lot of new people and was treated well by all. This show leans toward the steam logging era so those of you who have models based on those times would really enjoy being there. Trains are the focus of most attendees but all models were appreciated. Given the opportunity, I will attend it again next year. Fred

Fred,
I'm glad we had you as a rep for us there. I was going to go just to look around but the weather down here was so crappy and along the coast also. I am going to attend next years show though. Once again thanks for being there for us members who couldn't make it.
