sort of a hodge podge of bits, mostly the old AMT Alaskan hauler, with a 8V-71 from the GMC General. Front wheels from a Paystar 5000 & bigger resin float tires. the rears are all resin wheels & tires from RNK. a round reach was added to a ERTL log trailer. The log bunks are scratch. Lots of rust, holes, dents & pealing paint. Ap40 Attachments:

Now thats a brute in itself. The weathering is great. From the size it must be an Off highway unit.

well i built it back in 1995, while i was developing the RNK product line. the tires are just 11 x22, but the fun was the rust. pitted chrome, rust thru and so on. I will set it up in natural light and take some better shots.
took twice as long to weather it as it did to build it.

Rick, I think I remember when you did this one! I have always liked your work and miss your resin products. You build to a level that I can only aspire to!

Working on another "worn & used" log truck Kind of kin in the PACCAR family. Most of the RNK product line is a part of the current AITM product line. www.aitruckmodels.com/More patterns are in his hands, and more are in the works. Ap40
