This one wont win any best paint awards. Based on this pic Most Canadian freightliners of the day had wind deflectors and back up light brackets,made them from sheet alum.The twin intake is overkill for a little 250,but I like the look

Don't worry about the paint, just gives it a rough and used look. Love the detail and build over all. Wow!

Nice truck,
I like the beautifull details/decals on the cabin.;-)
I'am also building just one of these. i'ts gonna be a Allied Van Lines with a Fruehauf trailer. And i'am using a White Freightliner PE set from CTM. I wil be soon start a topic about this truck.

Very cool and the paint looks good to me. Theres a lot of work involved in painting one like this.

Another item often seen on tractors of that era is spoke drives/Budd steers, I like the look of them on this one. Good job with getting that the 3 piece cab together, sharp truck in classic "70s" paint.
