So for all you Peterbilt fans, i took this photo in 2007, when i worked at in crane & rigging. I was in the "riggers" division, and we ran mostly Mack, and 2 W-900L KW and pair of constipation western stars. the "Erectors" division ran all Peterbilt 379-119 & 127. all we Cat 550 hp powered, with lift axles, straight pipes & plenty of shiny stuff to keep clean. If you want to see more, i took several thousand photos while at Riggers.... Ap40 Attachments:

The company policy was we never leave the yard with a dirty truck, and we never park it at night dirty. all 4 seasons, lots of washing, out side with a gas powered Hotsy steam /power washer.
i will post some of the others soon.

I work for an asphalt company and our policy is when you get back to the yard at night, do not shut the trucks off, they might not start in the morning Dave

Dave, Sounds like you work for Wildish up there in Eugene. They used to have the same policy. Back in the Prehistoric days we called them Wild-fish as they are situated next to the river.
Rick, Nice looking peterbuilt there though. Thanks for posting it.

Yep sure do. Used to see those old Wildish rigs all over the Eugene Springfield Area. The company swore by them as being a reliable rig. Guess they have gone over to diesel now, as I don't get up in that area much. I lived in the Santa Clara district not to far from their pit.
