That came out nice. I see what you mean with the hood it does look like the rig may have bumped something. But thats all in the life of trucking.

Thank you all! Personally I don't consider it my best build, but nevertheless I'm happy enough with how it turned out.

Joris. That came out very nice but I would have moved the fifth wheel back as far as I could have, clear to where the frame bevels. It would serve the operator better that way. Mike

Thanks Mike! I still can do that....
I did move the fifth wheel back, and it even looks better! There was also still room for a second kit piece of deck plating. Good tip, thanks!

Nice, just like we see here on the east coast , super short tandem drive, set back front axle. Great execution, true to life here.

Thanks Richard! I do try to build more or less like 1:1 example.

Very nice unit!! I agree, the hood line up tends to be a proble with this particular kit, the warpage may have even worked to your advantage. Looks great! what a sweet little unit!
Cheers

That looks good with the tanker , and like Rick said, A typical short coupled rig from the east side!

Joris. I hate to make negative comments but I see that you understand and moved the fifth wheel. Great job. Mike

Mike, don't worry. I see it as a positive and helpful hint and not as a negative comment. So thanks for that.
