Hello Guys, I would like to share with you one of my earlier builds of a Mack Logging truck that we used in the south. I know that the type is different than what I see here but this type is commonly used in Louisiana. I built this some time ago and about six months ago I reworked it some. Put the front guard on it and a new rack with winch and other things. But this is what I drove in Louisiana many years ago.... seems like a life time ago now. Ahhh the good ole days. Anyways...I hope you enjoy Kerry Thanks for looking Kerry

Great Build, if I didn't know any better I would say that is a Magnolia trailer unit on it as the company is in Mississippi close to where you were logging. It sure looks like a center bend Maggie to me.

Yea it may be. I built it from memory and all the driver has to do is close the trailer brakes while backing up tips and the pole digs into the ground while the truck keeps coming back and the trailer tire unit lifts up and sits right down on the back of the truck. Driver just hops out hooks it with the winch, pulls it down and throws a strap on it and is gone. But I'll look into that place and see about a logo to put on it. Kerry

Hey William, after looking up about the trailer, it seems that mine is actually more like a "Britt Pole Trailer" Magnolia is built alittle different. I can't find a web site for the Britt but there are pictures of used Britts' and such and mine looks more like theirs. Hmmmmm verrry interesting... anyone remember Hogans Heros? Kerry

Great looking build. Very well done. May I post some of these pics on another site for a friend of mine who is a logger in Arkansas?

Hi Ryan, sure I don't see why not. Tell your friend he can also go to kerryscustommodels.com/ to see them. May be easier for you. Either, or. Thanks for checking out my Mack Ryan and thanks for your comment Kerry

Kerry,
Sharp looking rig, really like the folding reach on the trailer. Rather inspiring.
Thanks for sharing,
Ap40
