Well guys, now it's time for some clean-up. Phase 3 complete, going to phase 4. That's to clean this up while the two sides are still tacked together. After this phase I'll separate the two sides and finish the remaining holes for each side. I.E. One side has doors the other does not. More later guys. Kerry    Thanks for looking in |

Well, most the holes are cut and cleaned somewhat but at least I was able to separate the two sides and test fit a little. This is what I have now.    More holes now and more pics later Thanks for looking Kerry |

Yea I added it up and I drilled 1084 3/32 in. holes (2.36mm) and 92 1/4 in. (6.35mm) and there's still the blank spot in the middle of the passenger side and around the door on the drivers side plus the back. So it is coming along. Thanks for looking guys and again Ap40 thanks for your help.

Yea, we'll be a hauling some critters purty soon. Today I finished all the holes for each side and cut the sides to final size and started adding the ribs. Sure am glad those cotten picking holes are done. Thanks guys

Mike I hope that"s a good thing. lol Heres a couple of pics with the ribs laid on the drivers side.    The middle doors are in and to finish this one up would be the two back doors.
