Well, finally I have it completed, again! I started with this old build, that I really liked:
I showed it, but I asked for your comments to improve it. Y'all were very helpful and this is the result:
I got a lot of good comments and PMs with suggestions....thank you all!!I put on the wheels and tires (AITM) (suggested by Rick) along with the suspension modifications he suggested, added valve stems made from staples, did a black wash on the grill, painted the gasket around the windshield black, added photo-etch windshield wipers,rebuilt the hydraulic system, rebuilt the hood, added a new exhaust pipe made from aluminum tube, stained the overload boards with tea to bring out the grain, added some wood braces inside the overload boards (not stained), made new license plates made new mudflaps out of vinyl and hung them on chains, (craft store) from brackets made out of staples, and added a few extra reflectors for bling.
After looking at the pics, I see that I need to fix the front wheels in the tires a little better and maybe add a pintel hook. BUT, it is complete. Now, I can work on my photo skills, as soon as I get a new tripod.
