Anyone have the Bertram White Trucks of the 19XX books?

EDIT: I am revisiting my 60s model White 9064 again, after hitting a wall without sufficient reference photos.  I learned that the 50s models of the 9000 used the same style cab mounts, frame brackets, rad "frame" etc.  The old brochure from the 60s I was using as reference had the pictures of all of this stuff as tiny thumbnails with very blurred detail.  Fortunately, I found a 50s era brochure with the same pictures, but they're full page, so there's much more detail.  Just wondering if either of the Bertram books show any of this kind of "behind the scenes" stuff, as the better quality pictures have led me to notice that it looks like the rad "frame" looks as if it may extend to the top of the inside of the rad housing.


Just curious as to what is actually in these books other than just your vanilla "trucks at work" photos.  Planning to buy them anyway, but if they have the kinda reference pics I need it'll definitely make me buy them a lot quicker.

Anyone have any? Gonna be scratching parts, and I really need stuff like photos of the chassis and top of the bonnet. I've seen pictures of brochures on the net, but they're too small to actually make out any detail to be helpful.

Gonna be using parts from AMT Autocar and Road Boss kits.

Here's what I mean. This chassis pic was in one of the 60s 9000 series brochures.



I've seen this brochure scanned, but only the front and insides. This picture is on the back, unfortunately.

I've come to the conclusion that those "bars" were what the fuel tanks and/or battery box/step were mounted on, but I have no idea how they were mounted to the frame rails. The pic is just too blurry to make out.

Furthermore, does anyone know what kind of cab mount the truck used. I can't find any pics from the backside to find out. I assume it used the same mount as the later 9000 models (the mount type that comes with the AMT Autocar kit).

Lastly, It would be helpful if I could get some kind of dimensions on the bonnet/radiator housing. I was going to just try to eye it, but not having any top down views of the bonnet are making it kinda tough.

Hi Tyson,
I have the Bertram book & although it is a nice book for photos of the over all working truck, it has nothing for chassis detail or close up details in general. I will take a look in my archive & see what i have on the 9064 & similar, although i do not believe i have much.
