Thanks guys, some of the intake plumbing is visible here, slowly moving from turbo out to the filters. Adhesive backed chrome vinyl works well for hose clamps, I cut it into strips about .030" wide. Fuel tanks also ready for final painting (aluminum), .010 styrene wrapper is an easy way of getting smooth finish. .032 brass wire provides place to attach fuel lines once tank is installed:

Bumper made from .030 styrene sheet & strip, Micro-Mark bolt heads. Fold down steps on bumper are resin parts from Plaskit, K&S expanded copper mesh in fog light openings with .010 styrene trim rings. Fuel tanks also in place, still need steps:

man that is one tough COE. Is it going to get a RGN behind it? or at least a Manac 60 ton axle step deck?

This one will eventually get a set of B-train fuel tankers! Esso used them in Ontario for delivery to gasoline stations. That project will involve a fair amount of scratchbuilding (tanks) and modification of kit parts (thinking of using AMT tank trailer frames & suspensions as the starting point).

Thanks! Bumper painted & fuel tank steps added, also cab finally assembled. Lots of finishing details yet including exhaust stack however the "end" is almost in sight!

Stack & exhaust pipe installed, muffler began as snap Aerodyne exhaust stack which was shortened. Piping 7/32" styrene tube with smaller tube & rod sizes telescoped inside to make it a solid rod which was then heated & bent. Paper & styrene strips used to make band clamps, heat shield is Plano etched stainless Morton pattern, stack is 7/32" aluminum tube polished. Grille in place, still some more detail items to complete on cab.
