Well, with a rudimentary bit of reference (me eyeing things) I decided to go ahead and get started. First thing was to shorten the frame. Dropped it down to 226". Here it is with a box stock Autocar rail. And here's where I'm at with the cab and bonnet. It still looks kind of off at the moment, but all the measurements are correct if the correct length from tip of the nose to back of the cab is 90", which I believe it is.

A very nice replica of a classic White taking shape. 90" is the correct measurement for a 9000 series White, it is taken from Bumper to Back of Cab (aka BBC), tip of nose to back of cab is the same measurement on these trucks.

Thanks guy. Does anyone know what this kind of suspension is? I know it's Hendrickson, but it looks to be one solid piece in lieu of leaf springs.

Yes, solid upper section. I suspect it has rubber blocks between the upper mount & the frame rail brackets.
several are available in resin. Plaskit comes to mind.
Also, the AMT Ford LN-8000 snow plow / 10 wheel tractor came with one.

Tyson,
Make google search on Hendrickson and they have a pictorial listing of all their suspensions. You should be able to find it there. There are on this one rubber Bisquits between the frame and suspension. Some logging trucks use this kind of suspension.

Yep! Hendrickson "buscuit"" suspension. Had rubber "biscuits" between the walking beam and the frame rail. 2 on each side and they came in different weight catagories.
