While I don't generally go for New Years resolutions, this year I would like to finish up some projects that have been idle for a while, this little fellow is one of them. Gold lettering turned out to be less of a headache that I anticipated, decal lettering from Microscale (#90103, HO scale Railroad Gothic letters & numbers) applied one letter at a time. Only 2 sessions of cross-eyed madness required for this side of the cab anyway! Background for model photo is different as I am away this week, back up at the Fire College so it seemed appropriate to bring a fire apparatus model along.

Thats a good looking little rig you have there robert, ill get you out of trouble with the model police as i used to build fire appartus at Beck when i was in high school its now known as BME boise mobile equipment. We put the fuel tank exactly where you did. Most of what we built were larger engines a few squirts and a couple water tenders and all kinds of combinations of the above. Dont worry about the pump ALF didnt build the pumps its more likely a waterous or darley, Seen hundreds of them show up on a pallet, i assume alf got theres the same way.So all in all i declare your modelers license clear and valid,Though not very common your little dodge has been in service in many places around the world. So great job and cant wait to see it finished.
